since im new to the game still , but coming from poe so resetting instance at will is a thing there just holding a button and click on the portal to start a new instance , but here having to exit the game and walk all the way to the target to not find the item needed is a bit hard , so is there such a mod or a way ? ty

you can reset merchants by teleporting away and looking in stash or other merchants’ inventory (dungeon merchants you reset by running to previous dungeon floor/past the load screen)
currently there is no way to reset ingame world/bosses/dungeons as far as i’m aware

porting to previous instance for a certain amount of time or just back to back ?
can depend on the dungeon/PC, some people need to wait a few seconds others seem to need to wait a few more (0-10-20 depending on dungeon/user)
you can start by just entering the last dungeon floor and instantly returning through door and run back to merchant, if it didn’t reset just add a few seconds in increments and see which fits for you (i don’t know what makes the difference for some people having to wait 0 or 15secs 
)
Regular world merchants a single load screen and wait time isn’t enough, hence why adding browsing through stash or merchant pages seem to add some sorta interaction forcing the refresh.
Ex can be portaling to devil’s crossing and browsing through the pages of the 2 merchants there, then going back. Or portaling to Conclave/Steelcap base(stash close by in the 2 locations) then fast flipping through shared/personal stash pages and going back
