what’s a no mod build?

there a plenty of builds that can kill celestials, just look in the endgame compendium Build Compendium X (Forgotten Gods) or ETE sheet GrimSheet: Endgame Build Table - ETE edition [v1.41]
regular build section where you might find some unlisted celestial killer that didn’t make it to compendium or ete Classes, Skills and Builds - Crate Entertainment Forum

Just class from the original game, no modded class.

Edit : some of the topic aren’t tag from the last update, so i can’t know if they are outdated or not.

you mean base game/no expansions?
because there is a terminology and technicality difference with calling it a modded character -
all builds posted in the forum’s compendiums etc are vanilla game, and there is a compendium section for each of the game iteration, base game, Ashes of Malmouth, Forgotten gods, -
but there is no modded builds listed in those compendiums as it assumes regular game mode

doesn’t matter, GD isn’t a game where each patch removes or voids previous patch build, and most builds since patch 1.1.6 will work fine - even some older builds will
