I’m looking for spellbinder builds able to solo all celestial and SR75+ in 1.2, but it seems that many spellbinder builds are made for old versions of GD.
Aether AAR Clairvoyant.
Aether DE Uroboruuk.
Aether Devas & RS Diviner.
Vitality Devas, SS & RS Diviner.
These are all capable of dealing with endgame FYI.
Just DON’T expect them to make any celestial kill free or extremly easy cuz that (fortunately imo) is gone since 1.2 thx to them being now actually strong bosses.

Missing augment on amulet and I don’t know how you got enough physique for the pants, unless it was a crafting bonus.
Anyway, here’s a variation that uses Aether Lightning to fill in the gaps between Reap Spirit casts:
Crafting for slow res is necessary.
I gotta say though, the Diviner set can be used in so many ways and with so many different Devotion setups, it’s mind-boggling.
As far as Spellbinders in general are concerned, they kinda got left out of the regen meta in 1.2 because the class offers absolutely zero native support for regen. So in my build linked above, I added Dryad’s Blessing to help with non-leech sustain.
On the flip side, the Nullification ability is stronger than ever because of the ability to remove Sunders and -% RR debuffs, which pretty much are the only type of RR debuffs remaining. I think good investment in Nullification is necessary especially since Zantai increased the cooldown, but this can be waived if using Time Dilation.

In game I do have another soulfire there & yes, some parts indeed have % physique so u answered ur own question there. 
No real need for an added filler on my version btw since the skill rotation is tight enough rly imo and cooldown and RS under 1 sec.
Furthermore I do fully convert vit → aether so I get big value out off RS, added vit to devas from diviner, rattosh, scales and converted SS.

The trick is to hold down RMB for Aether Lightning and, while still holding it down, cast RS as it comes off cooldown. Using this technique, you can consistently get two casts of Aether Lightning in between casts of RS. And I think that extra damage more than compensates for the lack of full vit to aether conversion, especially when clearing packs of trash. You could also get much of the same effect with the Chain Lightning component skill, but I like having 7 targets and the aether FX.
Though I have to say both RS and Aether Lightning are not easy to play because they do zero damage if the mouse pointer is not over an enemy when clicking. So good mouse movement is a must.
