Was thinking of making a great tank but with good dps, the melee tanks i seen are kinda low dps so i tought of this (dont know if done before but cant find in build compendium)

Idea is to go shield/wand with all the solider tankiness and the storm totem dps ( is totem good dps?)
Any suggestions or critique is appreciated
Dont get it… you want to stand there untill your lightning totem killed everything?
I have a small feeling that storm totem isn’t high DPS…
Have you looked at any of jajaja’s builds? I think he did a physical 1h + shield savagery build that would be tanky + lots of deeps 
Personally I’ve just started a cadence/retaliation build slowly building him up, using cadence as single target deeps instead of your storm totem idea.
well i wanted a high range dps tanky build ( why the shield)
So Cadence with 1h pistol + shield? 
then you could also use firestrike if you wanted the better wave clear
