After the rework on the older sets, I find myself thinking I should probably update some gear pieces on my Arcanor mage hunter, but I’m not too sure where to begin

After losing the proc on Iskandra’s amulet and Iskandra’s unity, I’m wondering if there’s any other better elemental based gear out there, or if swapping my amulet for the shattered realm set one would be a smart move. Only set that caught my eye so far is runebinder, but the bonuses that one gives don’t seem to benefit my particular build too much. Thoughts?
EDIT: Well, title would be “Iskandra” obviously
