issue with the black sepulcher pedantry/question about static heroes

oops, ignore the ‘issue with the’ in the title

having run through all three difficulties on a dozen or so characters at this point, the only portion of the game that irritates me is the black sepulcher. it’s the only area in the game with a combination of independently innocuous features that together feel clunky: the entrance is on the way to your destination, there’s no exit door, and the nearest rift gate is several paces ahead, making rifting out after clearing it a hassle.

i work around it by dropping a rift outside as i pass by, then when i unlock the inner necropolis riftgate, i portal back to the entrance and clear it out before portaling back to the inner necropolis. i get that it’s a super minor issue, but it feels weird considering every other area in the game is really elegant pacing-wise.

also, what’s up with the static heroes in the game? there’s narbalgal the stormseeker or whatever in the burrwitch outskirts, and the ice reanimator in asterkarn. they have a 100% spawn chance in the exact same place every time. was something originally planned for them, or is it just an oversight?

Pretty sure the Heroes that have static spawns are intentional.

I hit up Ravna on my way to the Abomination and it’s a bit annoying to have to backtrack through the den on my way out. An exit tunnel would be nice.
