Does the cold damage apply to your weapon damage when you have Veil of Shadow on, or does it apply as tick damage to the aura itself (like Night’s Chill)?
Never tried it but I assume as additional damage to Night’s Chill. 65 flat cold is pretty high to apply to your weapon, Chillstrifes would be beyond broken if they had that much and had stackable RR on top (especially if you dual-wielded them).
Applies to the aura’s tick like you thought.
