So with the ok to stream/upload any non story spoiler-y stuff I decided to do this Video showing off and explaining how some of these skill modifiers work

Does the effect of item skill modifiers show on the tooltips in the class tree? E.g., if by item skill modifiers I reduce the cooldown of TSS to 2.2 seconds, will it say so in the tooltip?

Cooldown changes do display, damage conversion does, additional damages do not

Well, that’s awkward. they could’ve just added it to the tooltip, maybe in the sense that tooltip displays the damage and then there’s a part of text which says ‘’+ x damage from item skill modifiers’’
