Item skill or mastery skill that deal dual weapon damage

There are some weapon damage skill that use only main hand weapon, and there are also others who use both hands if you dual wield.

Could someone tell me which skills or item skills that deal weapon damage using both hands?

I know that all dual wield tree from Nightblade use both hands, shadow strike use both hands. Scourge strike, sacred strike, beronath’s fury use both hands. What about the others?

I want to build some exotic dual wield build and I would like to know that other item skills like reaping arc (uroboruuk’s reaping), Oblivion, chaos strike, brutal slam, etc; using both hands or not.

All WPS skills use both hands for melee except the following (correct me if I’m wrong here):

  • Zoltan’s Technique
  • Shaman WPS
  • Inquisitor WPS

I know that Amarasta’s Blade Burst does not use both hands (uses off hand when dual wielding because Amarasta is left handed. Go figure).

Soldier’s charge doesn’t use off hand if I remember correctly (Blitz). Neither does Cadence (though I haven’t played Cadence in a while so this could be false).

I’m not familiar with Necromancer so not sure if Bone Harvest uses both weapons.

Bone harvest inflict only main weapon dmg.

Do you know about the other skills like from items?

I want to build dual wield aether using (reaping arc) uroboruuk’s reaping and would like to know if it use both hands.

I am just started in this game (110 hours) and haven’t gotten the items, so I cannot test it personally…
