cant play on any character made or newl made…any help plz?

Did you purchase the game legitimately? I’ve heard of people having problems with the Crucible if they’re playing an illegitimate copy.
If using the GoG version of the game make sure you have the latest patch
Try reinstalling the DLC.
And the usual verify the game files… good luck
