A question came to my mind: does somebody know if this thing drops in Crucible?

This thing and Manticore Eyes are such a PITA to farm
Not sure about Kilrian’s Shattered Soul, but can’t Manticore eyes be obtained from dissolving items?

Well, in the area, where the manticore spawn the most, in most of the times there is a Monster Totem nearby, so you can connect the Manticore (eye) farming with item hunting and dismantling them, if they don’t fit to your build.
First % up to level 90, second % level 90 and up:
Ancient Heart 13.05%, 4.65%
Blood of Ch’thon 12.31%, 4.65%
Tainted Brain 12.80%, 4.65%
Manticore Eye 1.97%, 1.86%
Skeleton Key 0.49%, 0.46%

Do I understand this correctly? I have a higher chance to get manticore eyes when dismantling with a character that is below lv90?
yes
left side % values = level 12-90,
right side % then lvl 90+
i’ve effectively accidentally “confirmed” this interaction many times myself, noticing a huge overflow of ex brains and bloods when dismantling during levelling vs end too

Goodness, I always thought it had to do with item level and not player level. Scammed!
