After spending three days farming Krieg (not all the time, but still) I believe there is a bug with his set, unless his set is not supposed to be dropped by him.
He did not drop a piece of the set (despite dropping some legendaries), but I just had Krieg’s Shoulderguards dropped by Valaxteria on Ultimate and someone else had Krieg’s Grip dropped by her (that was the reason I started killing her) on Veteran.

Interesting, but the way you say specific pieces belong to specific enemies? Because if so, there’s still matter of 2 pieces being dropped by Valaxteria.
2 pieces per enemy. Each one of them can only drop one piece of the set at a time. The pieces they drop are unique to them for example the set pieces from Krieg himself won’t be dropped by Valaxteria or the other guy. Same goes for the rest

Fleshweaver Krieg drops chest and helm.
Valaxteria drops shoulders and gloves.
Ternon drops boots.
Warden Krieg, the boss from Act 1, does not drop any part of his set. His Fleshweaver counterpart in the Flesworks, as mentioned, drops two.

Can this set be farmed in any difficulty?
I think only in late Elite (when you are in the level 80+) and Ultimate. I think the three enemies have to be at least around level 95 to start dropping it.
i got all the set in elite and i was level 90
Not correct, I’ve read this before but my experience has been otherwise. I found one piece in elite when I was lvl 82, and a guy above mentioned that he got one in Veteran.
I think you mean Terrnox, but he is not a Fleshweaver, and he has his own Tome to drop.
Heck Valaxteria is an Ascended, too.

Ye, according to the monster database, they can drop it if you are level 76 and up.
