Am I missing something, or is there no way to open this thing? No dynamite indicator or anything.

EDIT: it’s the ball you get at the wastes altar by giving it pork.

How much Tainted Meat does the Purifying Altar take? I have done multiple full clears of the area, only get about 20 Tainted Meat per run. Also, where did you find the Old Alliances quest?
