My intent with this build is to just sit back and let my pets do the work while I stand and do nothing
A build in GD is very much defined by the items you go with. So without seeing what you have planned in regards to that, providing feed back is kind of hard. Especially on a skeleton based build.
Critique can be offered on the devotion setup, but once again, without knowing the items you intend to go for, it won’t do any good.
