So I’ve run enough of my pre-AoM characters through the expansion to notice this trend. I am going to talk about the rewards for the Honored questline for Coven, Barrows and Malmouth as well as the final main quest.
The quest rewards for Coven, Malmouth and main quest seem to be restricted to level 84 amulets, rings, medals and belts. For Barrows, it is restricted to level 84 shoulders, gloves and boots.
Is this intentional or is this a bug? The legendary rewards for pre-AoM quests spanned from level 58-75 accessories barring those that are part of a set. Why can’t the new quests include level 94 legendaries in their loot table? I don’t mind if set items are excluded since they were also excluded pre-AoM. The loot table for level 84 accessories is so small that I started to notice I’m getting the same legendaries over and over as rewards.
