Guys how is your drop rate ? Did my luck changed i have 1600hrs in the game and first time i got so much leg in such a small time ,from 85 to 90 i have already collect 15 leg. :rolleyes:
This posts are plain bullshit. They encourage devs to nerf drop rates which will make harder for unlucky people. You just got lucky that is all
A bunch of times i dropped 5 legendaries in a span of 10 minutes. That means i got lucky, not that they drop more often now.
It’s just how statistics are perceived by human brain. If you throw a coin 1000 times and line up the results you would see a lot of sequences like 5-6 tails in a row which look normal on the span of 1000 tosses but feel weird in the process. Like, 5-6 tails in a row, WOW, can’t be coincidence.
Once I tried to datamine the drop rate from hero spheres, on the span of 1000 heroes killed. There were cases when I had a legendary every 5-10 hero monsters and cases when I had no legendaries for 80-100 hero monsters. The result was around ~3% chance per hero sphere. And when I tried to simulate the result by running a random number generator multiple times I found exactly this - large streaks of luck and unluck are just how statistics work.
Everytime i see a cancerous post like this i want to scream.
This is a singleplayer with multiplayer feature and mods, the legendaries drops ARE FINE. Many of them are absolutely useless anyway and set items will take months just to drop 1 piece.
If you want super gear starved game, Path of Exiles is that way, it is even free
Where do you find those legendaries, I have played like crazy the expansion and i only found 1 good enough for my character. I hate lucky people like you. Give me your damn legendaries if you have so many.
let me just say that i farmed ALOT in the last few days.
i find the drop rates reasonable, because of the sheer number of new things added its much harder to collect a set of items you need for a certain build.
i maybe average 1 legendary per run of hive+fabius+solael’s gaurdian.
i haven’t done cruci so can’t comment im sure cruci is faster if u can do it efficiently maybe cruci makes it too fast? but for vanilla content i don’t think its overboard at all
unless your extremely lucky its only possible through trading , if they nerf rates it would just be even harder

In two sessions (roughly 4 hours each) i managed to amass around 8-9 legs, including dupes and all mythical. My legendary RNG has managed to carry over from the base game and I don’t have any qualms with it since as the new drop rates reflect the the larger item pool
Also, just to be clear I am having terrible luck with greens due to bug with Ugdenbog items spawning w/o affix and since I am doing a single long session I am not having luck with nemesis spawns either

I got my first legendary from the Bridgekeeper in Burrwich. 
Since then…I found some legendaries but only one, I use. Got no legendary blueprint or Bloodrager Set Item.

Offered as an optional class from year 13 (last year of HS), though it’s pretty basic sadly. As stuff like ANOVA and non-parametric stats ryc is actually pretty easy, it just requires access to computers to do the grunt work of the calculations and a minitab licence or just throw R+ at them :evil:
And up until year 12 stats is merely a section of the maths curriculum, I’d have to check the course stuff for it to see if it’s changed at all, but it never really dealt with how important statistics and probability actually are back when I did it. Which means lots of boring and not exactly useful student-t tests and jack all theory, particular not on the limits of statistical significance. A major oversight that means students are ill-equipped to deal with lying-with-statistics and all the fun you can do with abusing time series graphs/analysis and correlation.
So yeah, I’m a bit jealous of US/UK education system in how the approach stuff like maths etc, because NZ’s system is frankly a bit crap.

On drop rates - Doing my first play though of AoM content on elite with my pet Conjy so I can get up to honoured with all factions and so far the drop rate’s kind of low. I can plough through whole sections with only a couple of blue’s and next to no legendaries dropping despite having plenty of heroes and bosses to wack.
At least I’ve got a small amount of flowers though, 4+ runs of Ugdenbog and Gloomwald has given we nearly 30 flowers. Drop rates lower than cultist sigil’s due to less mobs dropping them, but at least there’s reliable sources.

I want to have the same experience as the original game nothing more nothing less , i don’t get all the flame about it .Now if you or anyone else want to have in 1 hour 30 leg there a lot of games out there, or simply put a mod and have them all.
For me i want it as it was and it seems with the new added items its the same,
now if you excuse i need to get back to collecting my precious loot 
I don’t think Crate devs are so weak-willed that they’d nerf drop rates because of “feedback” with no sample size to speak of from one guy mere hours after release.
If we do get loot changes, it’ll probably be very specific changes in response to imbalances which are able to be reproduced, and they’ll be done after some days of testing and multiple sources of feedback. For example, I’ve seen more than one post about certain affixes being too prevalent on items at certain levels but only one post about “I got slightly more stuff than I was expecting once, so please lower drop rates.”
Personally, with the addition of so many new classes, items, quests, etc. I think these guys did a hell of a job balancing everything.
It’s worth mentioning that I played all day in the new section. I certainly did not get an abundance of leg drops so I really don’t get what this thread is about.
Only 15 legs from 85 to 90? You fucking casual. I spent the last night grinding Challenger, got like 50 legs or something? 2 pieces Octavius , 2 pieces Markovian, two Korba axes and an awful lot of stuff that I will never touch.
The main game’s drop rate while significantly increased (I usually get at least 1 leggie per Shaper of Flesh run) is still nothing compared to Crucible, thing is Crucible is boring as fuck, not just “boring” boring, it’s “what the fuck am I doing with my life?” boring. That’s why I’m still in main game most of the time, not because there are purples everywhere, but it’s actually enjoyable.
