When you reach lvl 50 you can use legendary items…if you do SOT in normal after reaching lvl 50…you be able to get legendary drops then ?..or you need to be in elite or above ?
Legendary items can drop in normal, however they are significantly more rare than in elite or ultimate.
You can get legendaries in any difficulty, the only requirement is if your killing monsters that are at least lvl 50. I’m pretty sure I have had legendary drops before being lvl 50 because of fighting higher level enemies.
And you can wear the legendary when you meet the level requirement. Some are level 50 some are higher.
