Lethal Assault et al. not showing in buff bar

I just specced into ABB to test out Lethal Assault. I mix it in every 4 seconds or so with Shard of Beronath which is bound to default attack. I never see the Lethal Assault buff on my bar, and this is not the only skill I’ve seen with this behavior. Are some buffs not able to display on the bar, or am I doing something wrong? Is the buff still there, but hidden?

Tested it in a low level area and yes, I can see it if I only use ABB. I’m just not seeing it in rotation. Maybe some other skill like Fury is overwriting it.
