Last raid I sent everyone home, then forgot about them, more deaths than the plague. Should the people leave their shelters and the Town Centre automatically once the raid is over?
When a raid is happening I might want extra Towers manned, or more soldiers in the barracks, but if the Shelter Inside button is on no villagers leave to fill those stations. Turning off industries or resources has no effect, villagers will appear at their doorways, flicker then go back inside, only to repeat that action until the shelter inside button is turned off.
