Seriously, the maximum level is 100 … how this new object comes out that you can not equip yourself
There is a pair of gloves that you can find in the same area that gives -1 level req for all items
there is another item that lowers the item level requirement by 1

It’s hard to contain all that excitement. You need another item capable of toning it down just enough for you to get your hands on it.

Maybe there is something hidden in FG could increase our level a little while for particular quest.
