I’m a big fan of primal strike, and i also love to take my time enjoying the leveling process. and on that aspect, Stormrend, as well as other items that would be similar in enablinga completly different setup for a skill, but are also very much end game items are annoying. I would like to be able to get the rough shape of a build early, be able to level with it. in the case fo that axe, if i want to go through the story with S&B throwing the wrath of ultos at my foes, i can’t, only lvl 94.
This is where it would be nice to have MI that just allow for the setup part without replacing the end game version would be awesome and strongly appreciated, because waiting so long to finally try something cool is a bummer
