Lightning converted to Cold

Hi,

I’ve searched for an item that does convert Lightning to Cold, but wasn’t able to find anything that could do that.

Did I miss something or is that just not an option for the moment?

I don’t think it’s an option. Cold to Lightning is in the form of Spark of Ultos.
