I agree this seems to be an issue. The suggestion to add more employees to the trade center is a good one that could resolve the problem, but with the 1000 cap it has the potential to also become a problem by taking workers from somewhere else.
ah yes, devs, pls dont forget to add more workers to trading center , as you did for markets (tier 2 markets have 2 more workers), because only 2 people is not enough when you have lots of goods, part of those goods are very heavy and can be transported just by 1-2 pieces, so it takes long time to bring 10-20 heavy items to bazaar , not telling about 200-500 such heavy items.
