Location of Tomb of Archon Barthollem

Hi all hope this is the right section to post in for this question. I have searched for the answer for the location of this Tomb for the sacred ashes quest but have no luck so far locating this tomb. The quest says that it is under Fort Icon and I cant find the entrance to it. Where am I going wrong?

You need to go through the north-western gate in the fort’s courtyard to get there.
