Hello, I have built a character around using a lot of cold damage, it’s kind of how the RNG has played out for me items wise, so which constellations are good for frostburn/cold damage bonuses?
Leviathan and Rhowan’s Crown are essential for any cold build.
Leviathan, Harpy, Amatok, Tsunami are all cold oriented
Crown, Scholar’s light, owl, blind sage are for all elements including cold
crane, lion, lantern, and a few others give %total damage which also applies to cold
In a more advanced vein, if you’re converting physical to cold damage, you can get some good mileage out of physical damage procs like falcon and anvil.
