How do I set my lootfilter so it works like it used to. I like seeing all greens and higher items but right now its still hiding green items when I tick off common and magic in the loot filter.

Ok after restarting my game it now seems to stick and shows all items.
Have you checked the key bindings in Options - there’s one in there towards the bottom of the list that hides all loot. Make sure it doesn’t have anything put in there and you’re hitting it accidently.
I’ve also posted in bug report and like another user there I now suspect it has to do with ALT + TAB when you ALT + TAB out of the game it seems the loot filter doesn’t like that. Bit strange still because I play windowed full screen so I never purposely tab out I just move the mouse to my second monitor 
still seems all loot gets hidden when you move out of the game now. can be fixed by playing with ALT + TAB though still might be something Crate needs to look into?!
I have the same issue loot stop showing after a while (maybe when alt tabing).
are you using 32 or 64 version? I have no problems alt tabbing with the 64 version.
