My apologies if this is dumb…but I poked around on google and couldn’t really find answers easily.
Do all (non-crafted) legendaries have a chance to drop in Crucible? SR? If not, is there a resource that lists items that only drop elsewhere?
Many MIs drop in SR and Crucible too, like the nemesis MIs, Solael/Bysmiel/Dreeg-sect pants, Cronley ring, Gollus’ ring, etc etc. Not sure if all of them do though, but at the very least a large amount do.
Basically all legendary items can drop in Crucible. MI purple like Anasteria Helm or Alkamos rings are pretty rare though.
I thought target-farmable legendaries like Alkamos rings, Dark One’s set, Krieg’s set, etc, couldn’t drop from SR/Cruci?
I got Decree of Aldrich purple MI once in Crucible and I thought it was a bug. But they do drop, dont they?
Craftables also drop, they’ll be inferior though because without a crafting bonus. Craftable helmets don’t drop iirc

From what I recall soulrend and alkamos rings number among the few that don’t drop in crucible. Other things that have been called out certainly do, but I’ve never seen the intent behind that clarified
Yes Aldrich can drop, I’ve got blue Alkamos rings too, so I would assume purple can drop but haven’t seen them.
Anasteria helm it’s interesting case, since one of my characters had it but I don’t remember dropping it in Crucible or farm in campaign. I don’t think that I GD stash it either. 
Can respec tonics for skills and devotion drop from the Shattered Realms? I know they can from Crucible but I’ve played SR yesterday for the first time up to shard 25, I think, so I don’t know.

Almost all MIs should also drop in Cruci/SR, the only exception i know are the two Kaisan MIs.
They only drop in the main campaign.
If you farmed it you’d remember…
