Love the game, so what is the plan?

Hi all hope you are well.
I am loving this game and it gives me the feels of the Anno series. I was just wondering what the long term plan is for new content? Obviously bug fixes are the priority at the moment and getting the game to release status but will we see new stuff soon after? I would love to see diplomacy, trade deals with other towns, harbours, ships and boats, cavalry. Hoping for some DLC packs not too long after release.

What is everyone else hoping for?

State of Early Access #1 covers most of the upcoming changes and content.

Boats/bridges may not ever happen, if they do it will likely be a DLC.
