Loyalist Backer, never received Loyalist Items on Steam

Hi;

I backed Grim Dawn at the Loyalist level back in May 2013.
For whatever reason, the Loyalist items were never properly added to my Steam account. The key on Humble for the Loyalist edition says I’ve already redeemed it (and not someone else; it explicitly says that this code has been activated on my account), but the DLC isn’t listed.

However, I have just successfully activated Ashes of Malmouth using the key for that from my Humble account.

Can someone from Crate help me out?
