lvl 50 blueprints

Could I have a dev confirm if lvl 50 blueprint recipes can drop in ultimate mode. The reason being is I don’t want to be wasting time farming mobs for this 1 recipe on ultimate mode if there is 0% chance of it to drop due to level range.

I also can’t find anything concrete relating to this.

Relics can drop regardless of level or difficulty. Low level equipment blueprints stop dropping at 50.
