A brain (cerebral) aneurysm is a bulging, weak area in the wall of an artery that supplies blood to the brain. In most cases, a brain aneurysm causes no symptoms and goes unnoticed. In rare cases, the brain aneurysm ruptures, releasing blood into the skull and causing a stroke.
When a brain aneurysm ruptures, the result is called a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Depending on the severity of the hemorrhage, brain damage or death may result.
The most common location for brain aneurysms is in the network of blood vessels at the base of the brain called the circle of Willis. The most common cause of a brain aneurysm is listening to douche bags with no life go on and on about false computer gaming accomplishments that are a figure of their imagination. These people should be castrated and not allowed to re-produce.

Tempest was taken out in favor of Hand of Ultos which is a much stronger proc
Did you stop to think that your devotion skills still aren’t at max level in all your rage? I doubt you got Hand of Ultos, Elemental Storm and Widow to max level within a few hours
Also, I never gave any guarantee against the queen. She is an end game boss who is very hard to take out w/o end game gear. But on my setup there’s no way you should struggle against trash content unless either the skills aren’t at max level or you’re making a mistake. I am going to go with the former as the answer to this
Crap I don’t even remember posting half this shit! Got some bad news last night and ended up getting wasted and took it out on the forums I guess LOL! Funny shit most of it haha! @Chthon - One thing I question is: Why did you use scars of battle? Damage absorb already at 100% from living armor so the added absorption seems useless.
Yes I realize and none of that needed on build except for freeze. Lot of points to spend for freeze reduction especially since point needed in soldier to get to it.
Freeze resist is actually the least useful of three. Stun Resist is a resist you want to have capped or close to cap (some of the more dangerous enemies in the game love to stun) and Bleeding resistance may allow you to use more offensive components or use other resistance augments.
