OK I realize this build does not have much survivability but the main problem I am having is I am not doing enough damage in between her red aura. I have 100k+ dps with procs before savagery even kicks in and hella lightning/electrocute dot. I looked her up and she does not even have lightning resist and the dot seem to have no effect. What am I missing here?

she is a hard nut to crack sometimes,just watch out for her red aura crits like crazy
Build up some savagery and throw that wendigo totem to her when the aura is off and then slash some dots to her.

I appreciate all of the suggestions. Looking at the build changes he put in it makes it much more survivable but damage is actually much worse as far as I can tell (Lose the dot on primal) and the upheaval and that is my issue. With all this supposed damage I have why is Mad Queen spitting it out. Something strange here. I can not keep up with her heals. As far as bad equipment, I have the mythical ultos but dawnguard + fist much more damage actually. Like I said 103K that is good number.
edit: Not trying to argue at all I think suggested build is better for sure just does not seem to increase damage so I would still be screwed. I should be able to hit her with DOT and weapon and then back off on aura but I am not making a dent.
Did you actually test the setup I gave you or are you just saying this by looking at grimtools?
And do you really have Full Ultos set?
No I do not have full set just the weapon and body. No I have not tested your build (would take quite some time to redo). Are you saying more damage? Could be I just don’t understand how can you explain? You added a couple to brute force would give but took away primal. Constolation changes?

-You either focus on Primal Strike or on Savagery can’t focus on both w/o Ultos Set
-You have good crit bonus from Stormcaller Pact but your build’s OA was too low to make use of it. I increased Offensive Ability so that you can crit
-Your build lacked RR besides Wind Devil. I added more Resistance Reduction (Roughly 67% more)

Spent all f**ckin day rebuilding to your specs and this fckin build couldn’t make it through elite main game let alone take on queen. Disaster! Fck me what a waste of time! You removed tempest and tsunami and now it cant do damage or defend its trash! I literally cant make it past 50 challenger in crucible OMG!!!

This sounds less of a build issue and more of a player issue.
Given that this is two builds in a row this has happened with have you considered the problem is you? You may just be terrible.

Umm my pet build takes down queen now no prob. The build in question has no skill required so I would have to be pretty damn bad. That being said apologies just maddening to spend all day and get a bad result. I recant my rant as it seems insulting to the one helping me but it just did not work. Lost lots of damage. Sorry and thank you for trying 
His build looks ok? Cause this is a crit based build??? No! Have you seen what was taken out? Tempest,Tsunami and for what DA and OA that now adds up to 2300??? This is all based on the need for DA but this was a damage build that died with this update. Spear was defense that removed as well. I knew that was going to happen so my fault for following through on it. I know for sure it is MUCH worse than before. F*ck I just had a question about queen and now this guy is trashed way beyond queen.

Your OA/DA/Armor values are all way too low. I’d imagine Mad Queen just shreds you the moment you attack with her retaliation aura up. I’ve seen builds tankier than yours get shredded. If you got somewhere in the ballpark of 3200-3500 armor, Mad Queen is way more manageable in melee than with 2000-2200 armor. Retaliation aura can do 15k damage to 2200 armor, and does closer to 7500-8k if you got 3500. If you want to face tank Mad Queen, armor, armor, armor.
Also, Mad Queen does Vitality damage, and your VIT resist isn’t maxed.

If you get hit with this, you’re gonna get ripped. With DA as low as yours, if she hits you with a DA debuff prior, we’re talking major critterinos here.
