So i brainstormed this Trickster build because i wanted to have a build based
on the Bane of the Winter King sword. And with some ideas from the buildchannel
on discord, this is what i ended up with.
It took about 2 days farming for full Morgoneth set, the 2 Alkamos rings i had,
which makes this build rather expensive in terms of items.
So far i’ve blitzed my way through Ultimate, but i ran into Ashe “The Wall” Farell that
took 50% of my health instantly. That made me question what else will happen when i reach
even further into UItimate, and if this build with items really is viable ?.
All the armor is 100% phys mitigation, all the reists are overcapped and i have
some serious AoE and ST dps combined with insane RR.
The whole idea was to build a “Winter King” that focused on Cold damage with RR,
but like i mentioned. Taking 50% health damage from a single attack this early in
Ultimate, really made me worry about it’s viability and ability to endure damage.
That’s a hero from cronley’s gang that does physical damage. Your physical resistance is really low (and so are OA/DA) so I removed some points from abb and brute force and invested them into savagery. Thanks but i don’t use Savagery for the reason that it becomes too much to maintain,
i’m already spazzing out by constantly maintaining Wind Devils every 3rd sec.
I did run Savagery as main attack before and was getting aggravated over having to
constantly refresh ABB+WD+PB+ keeping savagery up.
But if this endgame set has low armor… for a melee set, i really think it needs buffing.
Also, what is another +150 armor going to do for a score that’s 2427 ?, that’s about a 5% increase.
The set has good armor, it literally increases % total armor on the set bonus, plus it is heavy armor (highest value ingame). Physical resistance is your problem, which is why i added savagery in the mix. Also your Defensive and Offensive ability are low for endame, 2800 is the bare minimum I would say and that also gets fixed by savagery.
You’re saying that 2800 is bare minimum for endgame, yet even with the Savagery,
the build doens’t go beyond that by much. 88 more DA will make or break the build for endgame ?.
Maybe i should hunt down pieces with highest possible DA instead then,
rather that then having to get carpeltunnel from having to refresh 3 skills constantly .
Ok, reworked the build as suggested and solved my issue with having
to refresh ABB by appointing it to another MB that is pretty much auto-clicked,
which means i’ll still only have to worry about keeping tabs on Wind Devils
for refresh.
Ended up with just over 2800 AO/AD and slightly higher Armor rating,
30% phys rest., at the cost of slightly less health.
