So there is no possibility to find the Wind Devil -RR% from elsewhere? Like gear or devos? Because Inquisitor utility is SO better than Shaman…
You cant only play with TSS as your skill button, you need more skills to do dmg/utility. Can Wind Devil do good aoe damage? Maybe along with Storm Totem?
There is of course RR from other sources, it’s just that even my druid which has wind devil takes all other available sources because RR is so effective. Without wind devil you’re less effective in that area.
Second question, wind devil can deal some damage but it’s not a lot without a devotion skill attached. With one attached they can become pretty good trash clearers, it all depends on what you attach of course.
What about Blizzard or Elemental storm.But then again, I really need one more damaging skill to feel comfortable, TSS, wind devil and one more damaging skill so you do a nice rotation for single target…
