Making dual wield aoe?

What goes well along nightblade to make dual wield an awesome aoe to level up really fast?

Blades of Wrath Devotion Skill for Veteran/Elite , dont know if it works in ultimate

Oh Im level 33 but dunno how to use devotions

they can be easily respecced right?

You could use Amarasta Blade Burst as your RMB skill to dish some really good AOE damage, as it has a pretty low cooldown.

Also, you could use Fire Strike (Saboteur), Savagery (Trickster) or Troll Rage through the Mistborn Talisman Relic to sinergize them with the DW WPS skills for even more damage.
