I noticed this sign while going through Lower Crossing today. Is this related to the expansion or just a random sign?

somewhat random sign, i say somewhat because there’s little tidbits like signage in the world that help it feel whole and cohesive. reading into the lore notes scattered throughout the game will reveal some minor information like lower crossing being a docking area to and from malmouth, other areas around the lake, and the prison.
Nothing tied directly to Ashes of Malmouth persay, just some world building decoration.
