Can just about see the lower requirements to upgrade to a mansion.
Compared to a large house.
Also ingame map size is shown as large when in fact it’s medium.
I’ve had map size produce a lot of weird things. I’m pretty sure one of my older towns is a Large map, but it says “medium” on that tooltip. (It predates my awareness of the tooltip and I think maybe the tooltip itself.)
That town was started in v0.9.3 so a couple of patches ago. Could have sworn it was more recent than that.
