Hi guys, can anyone tell me if it is possible to manually repair a building? builders can’t repair some buildings for me, is there a way to do it by selecting the building?
Nope, you need to turn on auto upgrading for housing to upgrade.
Housing update is active, but they are not being repaired
Then make sure you have the required materials and plenty of free labourers/builders not doing other work, they should get around to repairing them.
yes I checked everything, I realized that when the building goes down then it is no longer followed by the builders
You can force building repair if you use the move command but that is the hard way, because the builders take down the building and then put it back up when they got time. This what we did before the current release.

It would be nice to insert a manual repair option on all the building menus though. If you have a que of building going on, waiting on the AI of the builders could take a while. Also, once a building is condemned, you basically have to let the build fall apart. I haven’t noticed or found a way around that. It would be nice.

yes it would be very helpful, hopefully with the next update they will provide a solution to the problem
