My map zoom keeps getting reset. I especially notice it when I’m farming some boss, and return to the main menu often. It gets reset about every other time. I haven’t tracked it exactly though. This has been going on for as long as I can remember.
PS: this isn’t really a bug, but why does it take so long to zoom out the map? Just make it instant.
