Not sure why she shows with a star on the mini map since she doesn’t give any quest, just says thanks basically after you’ve done all the Homestead quests. Not sure why she has a question mark either.
you can give her the supplies from the armory, or that guy in fort ikon. quest is open.
Oh, that’s what she’s for! Never given it to Homestead, can’t be bothered to rift there when the other guy is right there in Fort Ikon.

She used to have a plain green triangle above her head. Question mark was added after I reported it was missing.
