I have found since the last hot fix, at random points my markets will just stop collecting tax for months on end. I’ve had to save, end the game completely and reload in for it to work. From the pic attached, this market should be collecting 66 gold every month. But clearly isn’t. None of them were, until I save, then reloaded. Just a heads up I suppose.
Yeah, mine just did the same in year 25. Should be getting 33 and 34 from them, but not showing in the monthly report. v0.7.5c.
I have the same issue but no workaround is working, save and load did not work for me, the game is nearly unplayable with this issue: the market is lvl 2 and should bring 72 golds. Because it is not working fine the monthly charges are negative, it become very hard to still playing this game 
I will test on a new map if the bug still there.
I found that the level 2 market is bugged. Relocate it and watch your income. If your income returns cancel the construction.
