Markets not stocked up

Don’t know if it’s a bug, but I’m seeing my markets constantly not getting stocked up with the available food. And the capacity of the market is nowhere near full. E.g. market has smoked meat and fish available, but doesn’t stock veggies, fruits or grain even when those are available. Meanwhile the grocer has a status of “unable to find work” (or similar). On one hand this causes some houses to upgrade slower, due to now meeting the food types requirement and on the other hand this often leads …
