Markovian's Advantage Not Activating!

Hello,

So I decided to give up on Cadence and try normal attack with Markovian’s Advantage, thing is the skill never activates even though I have it maxed out. Passive skill usually appear when they activate, this one doesn’t.

Could it be bugged? :furious:

It should activate. It looks exactly like a cadence strike on 3rd hit. An upwards then downards motion

it should work otherwise the skill could have gotten a different name. :rolleyes:
