MI item loot filter possible?

I’d like to filter only MIs without non-MI rares.
(e.g. plan A. None/common+/magic+/rare+/MI+/epic+/legendary+ // plan B. Change common+ filter to MIs only filter)

Although I changed text color of MIs, it’s still inconvenient when I do Crucible run with people (especially diefarm).

I’ve tried to search this kind of mod, but I couldn’t.

So is it possible for modding beginner to tweak or make mod for MI only loot filter?..
And could you share some tips(like where to edit) about tweaking this, if it’s possible?

It would be nice to make filter work for see only glove, leg, chest or ring each separate !
