When I am selling items at the Trader I would like to know if I am cutting into my populations daily, monthly, or yearly requirements. Is there any way to know?
Do you mean how much food a villager consumes per month/year? Or also how long tools and clothing last? The latter probably has more variation to it, but I assume not so much that it wouldn’t be great to be supplied these numbers by the game.

You can already see what each villager has eaten in their individual dialogue box. You can also see the overall consumption of the village the previous year in the food dialogue.
