While I was in the trading post I saw the message that a mine was out of ore. Click on the microscope and it took me to this brand new mine that’s only just started producing ore so certainly not empty.
Unfortunately I clicked on the destroy button before realising the mine wasn’t empty so have to rebuild it again.
I get this as well from time to time when a mine is complete.

Also have the same type of mistake with tools.
Just repopulated my glassmaker after a raid, same error.
New Arborist as well. v0.9.7d
Was getting the same with Arborist, it vanished once the first tree was planted.
