I had 2 clay pits with a potter, 2 brickyards, a storage yard and temporary housing clustered together. When the clay ran out I moved everything except the temporary housing to a new location. But the minimap outlines still indicate there are buildings at the old location. Here is a screenshot.

I have that a lot too. Like expanded fields not updated on the minimap, sometimes buildings, sometimes roads.
