Missing Kickstarter/Pre-KS items

Hello,
I backed GD before Kickstarter and converted it to the Kickstarter version. I was able to get the items originally when I played. However, after taking a long hiatus, I came back to find my character deleted and that I could not access my kickstarter items. I googled the solution so I know I’m supposed to complete the first two quests, but the stash person does not have my items. Am I doing something wrong?

I did go to humble bundle and saw I had the KS deluxe items dlc but when I put it in it shows up as already redeemed. However it’s not showing up in my DLC list. None of the special items are.

tried talking to Kory outside devil’s crossing gates?

As long as your account has the Kickstarter codes registered, you can claim these items from Kory the Keeper in Devil’s Crossing.
