Just ran into Loxmere on Ultimate Maya and didn’t even notice until I saw what he’d dropped in my inventory bag.

Belt changed to PuppetMaster Links to avoid any damage conversion conflicts with the Off-hand.
Mythical Shadowfiend’s Cord and Mythical Voidmancer’s Cord also work as alternatives.
Darn, just lost my HC attempt again. Took the quest from the Legion to go into that ather area at Deadman’s Gulch without having a lot of run speed and died before I got to the door.
