This mod is dead and way outdated which is why you have problems. If you want D2 in GD then you need the Reign of Terror mod linked above.

As said above, basically you donā€™t. Itā€™s long been abandoned and probably wonā€™t work with the game now.

I downloaded the mod from your site and I have an original Diablo 1 disk form 1997 when it first came out and would like to try it if you would tell me how to install it, Thank You

Iā€™ve no idea. Most mods you just extract the file to the mods folder, but I donā€™t know if this one works the same way.

I extracted the files into the D1 folder and nothing happens, i will try some to get it to work thank you

As Gnomish said itā€™s not a mod for D1, itā€™s for the Grim Dawn game. You need to put it into the mods folder. Steam - Steamapps - Common - Grim Dawn - mods or if you have the GOG version then GOG Galaxy - Games - Grim Dawn - mods.
